Who We Are

Bob Griffin   I have been in the business world since the age of 14 when I worked behind the counter at a quick serve pizza place serving soft drinks to passersby.  There seems to be no limit to the businesses I have worked with or for over the years.  With every experience I know that all businesses operate with basic fundamental principals.  If a business works against the rules - the Bulldog Rules for Business - they fail.  Sometimes I am there when they hit new highs and sometimes I am there when they fail.  I enjoy being in the mix of things teaching, learning, watching, and guiding.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Georgia in Speech Communications.  There was some question as to why I went with a Speech Degree when I was in college.  Small business management is like boot camp for business.  Since I was getting the hands-on version of a degree in business, I decided that the best way to personally grow my skills was to learn how to communicate the concepts of building a better business in many different ways.  Speaking is just one of those skills I learned at my Alma Mater.  Writing has become my passion as I add more to this site and many printed materials.  Social Media is still in its infancy and I expect to use it to its fullest ability as it becomes a new source of knowledge.

Please feel free to contact me for advice, help, or to drop me a line and let me know how your business is growing.  If you have pictures and stories you want to share, I will do my best to add them to a new page where you can show your business bite!

Many Thanks!

Noel Guilford - COO and Co-Founder  The thing that has intrigued me the most about business is the connection between how successful a business is and how engaged the employee’s are in that vision. What I began to see in my years of working in many companies on many levels is how important the employer, employee relationship was to being profitable.  People make the business work.  No amount of technology is going to help when the tools break and customers are demanding to speak with someone.  Teaching the skills to build an employee’s worth to the company and to the customer is what makes my career rewarding.

  • Customer Development

Layer in a level of Values Management and we have a training model that has the ability to adapt to change and grow without pressure or outside influences. These are the focus of all training and development in a business and are critical to survival and growth.

Thank you!
